Have a ctrl+tab view show inacive tabs (as setting)

I noticed that "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" option will skip unloaded tabs (probably makes sence in some context).
The thing is i would like a option where i can make the Ctrl+Tab view show unloaded tabs as well (would be great).
They would just have the icon from last time shown in the view.

It may be useful to have inactive tabs it the Ctrl+Tab view to be grouped,
although that is not needed in my book, just leaving some ideas.

Cant speak Chinese and the Translator is not helping a lot, could be the same not sure.
But yes, it should result in 2 buttons:

• one to enable Ctrl+Tab view (default loop tabs with setting bellow and shows it)
• one to enable "most recently used order" (default page order, page order would include inactive tabs)

Instead of having only:
"Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order".
That enables both,
the described solution above gives full fexibilty.

I was hoping there would be a higher interest in this.
