Keyboard Shortcuts and Sidebar Hover in Full Screen Mode

Currently, when I'm in full screen mode — for example, watching a YouTube video — common browser keyboard shortcuts such as Cmd + T (open new tab) or Ctrl + Tab (switch tabs) do not work. I have to exit full screen to perform these actions.

Additionally, I’ve hidden the sidebar for a cleaner interface, and normally it appears on hover at the left edge of the screen. However, in full screen mode, this hover trigger doesn't seem to work, making it harder to navigate without exiting full screen.
