When using Zen Browser, pressing Control+T brings up the middle "Spotlight"-style window. After typing something and pressing Escape, the previously entered text remains the next time Control+T is used. This persistence is helpful, but it would be even more useful if the text were automatically highlighted upon reactivating the window.
I frequently use this window for quick calculations, and I often start typing only to realize I’m appending to the old input instead of replacing it. Auto-highlighting the previous text would make it faster to overwrite and reduce errors.
