I have created a mod but can't submit it because zen-browser/theme-store doesn't accept any issues, and the submission template doesn't work because of that. |

I recently stumbled over the missing issues tab in zen-browser/theme-store. Both it's own readme and the docs lead there for mod submissions. Are submissions temporarily disabled or did the submission process silently change?
