Adjusting width of 'collapsed sidebar' ? #8941

Currently, there isn't a way to adjust the width of the collapsed sidebar in Zen Browser—it's fixed and not configurable via settings or Firefox flags. This has been discussed by other users as well, and the fixed-width behavior is considered normal for now, though it can be problematic if icons or scrollbars overlap (source). If you exit compact mode, you can adjust the sidebar width by dragging the border, and that width is remembered if you re-enable compact mode (source). However, for the collapsed (icon-only) sidebar, there’s no built-in way to change its width or minimum width at this time. There are no Firefox flags or about:config options that affect this in Zen Browser. If adjustable collapsed sidebar width is important for your workflow, you might want to follow or contribute to related feature discussions, as several users have requested similar enhancements (source). This is the collapsed sidebar. it's great, but how to adjust the width of it as it's too narrow. I don't see it in the settings so is there a firefox flag I could use perhaps? The normal sidebar is adjustable and the scrollbar often overlaps the icons so I need the width to be adjustable. Any advice or could this be added as a feature like with the normal sidebar can? Thank you in advance for your response and attention to this.
