Workspaces Behaviour

Firstly i have to say my english is really poor.
I really like Zen, but there are still some features that I need like movable and minimizable grouped tabs.

Now my request is vivaldi like workspace behaviours. I really don't know how to tell but i can show it.

In Zen, if I open a new window and then close it, I lose my tabs.
I guess thats it. I hope I could explain my problem.

If I have tabs in current and other workspaces and open new window, all workspaces are empty. If I close windows with filled tabs first and then new window. After reopening Zen all workspaces gonna be empty and old tabs can't be reopened. Make workspaces to be opened as a new window with same tabs. Get ideas from Edge browser. They have the most logical workspaces
