1.13.2b? Vanished? What happened?

Is it my imagination or has 1.13.2b been completely scrubbed? Was it that broken? I upgraded to it without issue, still working very smoothly for me, and was even able to get the old minimum tab bar size back courtesy of Ciuriya as per:

expand tabs on laptop #8969
and
Tab Bar Width Increased After Latest Update (1.13b) #9033

(In case anyone would like to play with tab bar size, button margins, ect. before the folders update hits)

Well, I went to re-download a fresh copy aaaaaannnnddd...it's gone! Thank goodness I always backup all executables and profiles before every update. I also tried the Zen Store and it too now only serves up 1.13.1b, yet when I check for an update through the browser it says updated to 1.13.2b. A fresh install using the installer brings up 1.13.2b. I couldn't find any info on this so any news would be nice. Thank you.

Nevermind, it returned mysteriously hehe...however...this! I wonder what if anything changed.

Ok, so backed up everything and updated. No issues. The file sizes are different, the newer version is a hair smaller so something was changed but seems ok.
