Make collapsed sidebar expand on hover

Zen already has the moving top bar in single toolbar mode, now do the same thing when hovering over the collapsed sidebar to see all tab info whenever needed. In addition remove the multiple toolbars option and instead add an option to this new collapsed toolbar to stop the hiding when not hovering over it. Just like Edge and other Chromium browsers do it.
