[macos] Why does every update break dark theme or break theme stuff in general?

My sidebar / tab bar suddenly has this shitty grey color: https://i.imgur.com/Cr0L8MS.png

But when the window is not in focus/active, it has proper dark color: https://i.imgur.com/TGNEJkf.png

Can someone PLEASE help me on how to get DARK THEME working?

This update also changed the "accent" colors and removed the options in settings for some reason? I have some ugly green color or something now and I can't change under "Look and feel" anymore https://i.imgur.com/ei6MVty.png

Browser is legit unusable with this grey sidebar, hard to read stuff etc.

And private windows have actual dark theme.And if you try to do a custom gradient, you cant even make it dark, it's all shitty colors? Why is there no "MAKE SIDEBAR THIS COLOR: XXXXX" and i can just enter a fuckin hex color? Idk this shit is just pissing me off.
