Add context menu for renaming pinned tabs

Currently there's no option to rename the pinned tab, it took me a while to figure out to do it which is to double click on the pinned tab, maybe adding the option on the right click menu would've helped.

Yeaah, this is why I requested for this, this is quite useful than the default unpredictable behaviour of the title changing based on either the last url title you visited or I don't know, sometimes from the original title from when you pinned the tab @w@

I use this feature in Arc frequently, especially if I'm dealing with multiple views of the same page. It's extremely useful.

However, I'm unable to double click on a tab to rename it.
