Override keyboard shortcut conflict should be shown properly

Currently, keyboard shortcut conflicts do not indicate where the conflicts are occurring. This can be improved by allowing users to search for specific commands and modify conflicting shortcuts. Additionally, there should be an option to export settings as a JSON file to simplify copying and applying configurations elsewhere.
