Search tab titles across workspaces

There must be a feature to search for tabs across all workspaces.

For example:

1. lets say i have several tabs opened across various workspaces and in workspace 1 i have several tabs and i rename one of them to office email
2. in workspace 2, i hv several tabs and one of them is gmail.com
3. in workspace 3, i have several tabs. Now when I do a CTRL+T to open a new tab in workspace 3 and type office email, it should allow me to: (i) open office email in workspace 3 or, (ii) shift to that tab and hence switch from workspace 3 to workspace 1.
4. At present, when in workspace 3, I do CTRL+T and search for office email, and click on the result, it opens office email in workspace 3 itself.

I hope what I said makes sense.
