Create rules for URLs/domains or HTML targets to open in Glance mode

A feature to "train" Glance mode, so that you don't need to invoke Alt+click to open certain pages in Glance. Stuff like opening Reddit posts or previewing webpages when I'm working on them in the backend. Would also be nice to be able to set certain HTML targets to open in Glance (instead of a new tab, for example). Being able to swap Glance behaviour would also be nice (set default click to open in Glance, Alt+click to open in current tab, and middle click to open in a new tab, for example).
