Behaviour when opening the browser.

Hey,

I just wanted to know if its the expected / wanted behavior that if you close and open the browser again, it does not open the last accessed tab but rather on an empty "New Tab" page?

Due to this behavior I got confused about the compact mode since its, understandably, not working on that initial empty site.
