Control volume of tabs individually?

This is something I have been looking for from a while, the ability to control volume of each tab individually.
Sometimes I want to lower my music while increase the volume of the content playing on other tab, no extension exists to control volume per tab.

I know I could just open the tab in another window but its way more convenient in one tab.
