Add a pause button for downloads

I just found there was no pause button for downloads, and I didn't find any discussion about it so here it is.

Also is it normal that fast downloads (150-250+ MBps) slows down my computer a lot, like on other browsers it used a bit more cpu but here my windows just slowed down so much.

I was downloading in the C: drive, because there isn't any option to chose where I could put downloaded files. Adding this option would be nice too!
