Display bookmarks in a multi-column grid view when the bookmarks bar expands

I would like to suggest an improvement for the bookmark folders' dropdown menu.

The Problem:
Currently, bookmarks are shown in a single long list, which requires a lot of scrolling for folders with many items.

The Proposal:
Instead of a single list, display the bookmarks in a compact, multi-column grid. This would make much better use of horizontal space and allow users to see all (or most) bookmarks in a folder at a glance.
