Improving Bookmarks Bar

currently when bookmark bar is enabled (ctrl+shift+b) hovering the cursor over the bookmark bar shift the webpage down slightly, can bookmark bar be shown as an overlay when cursor is on the bookmark bar similar to when compact mode side bar (when using tabs to the left / default layout of Zen browser) slides over the webpage to show tab and address instead of moving the webpage

as you can see when hovering over the bookmark space the webpage shifts a little but the side bar slides over the webpage without interfering with the page.
