Toolbar cannot be automatically hidden in the compact mode #10414

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
If in the compact mode where the toolbar is hidden, and after interacting with the bookmark toolbar and clicking on the blank area of the page, the toolbar cannot be automatically hidden.
However, after interacting with the other buttons of the hidden toolbar, clicking anywhere on the page will enable the toolbar to hide again normally.
Expected behavior
After interacting with the buttons on the bookmark toolbar, clicking on the blank area of the page should enable the toolbar to be hidden.
Actual behavior
The bookmark toolbar and the toolbar will remain visible until the mouse hovers over them.
