Unsplit tab in context menu act on activated tab but not on tab right-clicked #12989

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
it is kind of hard to explain the bug for me in plain text, so I will just describe how to reproduce it with text and picture.
If I have a set of split-vied tabs with tab "A" is the current/activate tab, like this:

when I right click on tab "D" and chose to unsplit tab ...
.
It will get tab "A" moved out of split set instead of tab "D" which I right-clicked on
Expected behavior
Unsplit the tab where context menu comes from. In above example, it is tab "D"
Actual behavior
Unsplit the tab tha is currently activate/focusd/selected
