Essential tabs disappearing when reshuffled or trying to add new ones #13006

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
Whenever I try to add a new essential tab or reorder my current ones, the new one doesn't get added or my the old ones disappear.
Expected behavior
A new essential tab should be added or an existing one I'm trying to drag should move to a new position.
Actual behavior
The new one I try to add does not appear, and the one I'm trying to drag and move disappears.
Steps to reproduce
Drag and move an essential tab to another position amongst other essential tabs.
