Pinned tabs section can not collapse when a tab with a custom icon is dragged into it #13016

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
The pinned tabs section cannot collapse when a tab with a custom icon is dragged into it.
This doesn't apply to tabs within folders.
It will also cause clicking on other tabs to remove them from the tab list view but upon restart they are still there.
Expected behavior
Pinned tabs section should behave as expected.
Actual behavior
Uncollapsable pinned tabs section and dissapearing tabs.
Steps to reproduce
Try pinning a tab with a custom icon along with another tab and then try collapsing the pinned tabs section.
