"shared tabs" don't quit in other windows

• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

1. have window 1 open
2. open second window play media ie youtube
3. close second window
4. media continues to play on window 1

Expected behavior

closing instance of media playing should at least stop the content elsewhere - if you're insisting on making every instance of the browser share tabs

Actual behavior

closing a window essentially means nothing
