Zephir Command Options Not Working in 0.19.0

When entering command line options for zephir 0.19.0, such as --vernum, the options do not appear to be recognized.

I also noticed that the help screen is not presented with the same coloring as in the 0.18.0 release.

In the 0.18.0 release, --vernum displayed "01800" and options like -h displayed the help screen in green, white and yellow colors.

In the 0.19.0 release, entering "zephir" alone, or with an option such as --vernum always produces an all white screen of help text.

There were changes of CLI library, from Symfony's to https://github.com/phalcon/cli-options-parser due to different PHP versions compatibility and idea to get rid of external dependencies that are always brakes something from our side and add a lot of complexity.

I'll add --vernum back as it was.

Cool. I was going to add the Zephir version to my admin dahsboard and that will allow me to get the version!
