mcux:mcux-sdk: Clean unused code in mcux-sdk
Will use the driver in mcux/mcux-sdk-ng, so clean the code in mcux/mcux-sdk. - Remove folder arch. Only Kconfig files, not used. - Remove folder cmake, cmsis_driver, tools, scripts. Not used. - Remove folder components, utilities, platform, use the SDK NG code. - Clean folder CMSIS, only keep the AARCH64 files. - Clean folder drivers, only keep Acore cache and edma_rev2, which are not in SDK NG. - Clean folder devices, remove unused RTE_Device.h for CMSIS driver, MCUXPresso IDE files.
