github: Add @aescolar as admin for edtt and nrf_hw_models repos

@aescolar, the maintainer of `edtt` and `nrf_hw_models` repositories,
require admin permission to keep these modules synchronised with their
upstream equivalent.

Note that the member list for these repositories are no longer
automatically synchronised with the MAINTAINERS.yml file by the
`sync_module_repo_members.sh`.
