meta-zephyr-sdk: xilinx_qemu: Update to 8.2.7 QEMU

Update to 8.2.7 QEMU which is aligned with Xilinx v2025.1 tools.

The main reason for this update is that this version is supporting Versal
Gen 2 and associated models.
