gcc: Pull in MinGW-w64 compatibility fix

This commit pulls in the GCC patch that fixes compatibility with recent
MinGW-w64 versions, which define a function named `abort()` in
`IXMLDOMDocument` that conflicts with the `abort()` macro in `system.h`.
