tests: Bluetooth: Update ICS to TCRL 2025-2

Changes to features:
 - removed not supported GATT client reliable write support
 - enabled BAP Broadcast Assistant
 - enabled PBP Broadcast Assistant
 - enabled GMAP 1.0.1
 - PAST support enabled where applicable
 - minor consistency check fixes
