manifest: Update nRF HW models to latest

The nRF HW models have been updated to include the following
fixes and improvements:

* RADIO: Bugfix if DISABLE or STOP during first us of TxStart
* File opening: Create folders if missing
* TIMER: Completed, including all count functionality
