boards: remove test feature usb_cdc

The test feature USB_CDC is not required or used in any of the USB samples or tests, yet it mysteriously appears again and again for various boards. Follow-up on commit ef784cd ("boards: remove test feature usb_cdc and usb") Signed-off-by: Johann Fischer <johann.fischer@nordicsemi.no>
