submanifests: update psa-arch-tests for STM32U5/STM32WBA65 support

Update PSA-Arch-Tests for support of STM32U5 and STM32WBA65I SoCs
to fully support samples/tfm_integration/tfm_psa_test for boards
based on these 2 SOCs.
