Firmware update through ethernet using smp server and mcumgr

I followed the above document,
Using below command I build the sample application present in zephyr for stm32f767zi board
west build -b stm32f767zi --sysbuild samples/subsys/mgmt/mcumgr/smp_svr -- -DEXTRA_CONF_FILE="udp.conf"

1. Build is successful
   I flashed the application using west flash this is also successful. when I reboot the board I'm getting both bootloader and application prints
2. I'm updating the firmware using mcumgr using below command
   mcumgr --conntype udp --connstring "192.168.10.1:1337" image upload E:\SMP_SVR_BIN\zephyr.signed.bin
   By this I can confirm uploading is successfully

3. But from mcu side I'm getting error
   00:00:35.026,000] mcumgr_img_grp: Erased 0x40000 bytes of image slot
   [00:00:35.049,000] smp_udp: Failed to allocate mcumgr buffer
   [00:00:35.050,000] mcumgr_img_grp: Erased 0x40000 bytes of image slot trailer
