USB RNDIS packet error when using HTTPS web server with Chrome browser

Observed RNDIS Packet errors on HTTPS webserver on Chrome browser. Tried with Other browsers Firefox and Edge. Works fine. Didn't observe any Packet errors.

Use the bug report template for bug reports. It is not clear which application in the tree is used to reproduce it, move it to discussion maybe it will evolve into something useful.

We are using custom DHCP server and one more observation is Till Chrome 114 everything working fine. From Chrome 115 We are getting above error for RNDIS HTTPS. We need some input on this to resolve this issue.

You are reporting an issue (originally supposedly a bug, but refuse to use bug template) in your custom project using a custom DHCP server implementation. Unless you have suggestions on how to reproduce it with an example in the Zephyr project tree, no one should bother with this discussion.
