build zephyr sample failed with zephyr 3.6.0-rc2

I install zephyr follow instruct from zephyr document. Install zephyr-sdk-0.16.5, just installed arm-zephyr-eabi and register cmake package, do not install host tools.

but build failed as below:

I've tried build boards mps2-an521 and pico_pi_m4,both failed.
I'm running build under docker a ubuntu22.04.

Did you follow the install guide and install dtc?

@oska874 Also, you really shouldn't run these build commands as root on any system.
