west: west flash (openocd) fails with "LIBUSB_ERROR_ACCESS Error: open failed" on stm32f429i_disc1 board

i followed the starting guide, but when i have to use the command:
west flash
it gives me this error:
libusb_open() failed with LIBUSB_ERROR_ACCESS
Error: open failed
