Just some feedback

gcc-multilib g++-multilib don't exists in this aarch64 distribution

I have to install pyelftools to build blinky example.
pip3 install pyelftools

@educhet pyelftools is listed in the requirements,
did you remember to do

pip install -r ~/zephyrproject/zephyr/scripts/requirements.txt

as described in the getting started guide?

I faced this issue when my west package was installed on system level and the rest of the stuff was in a python virtual env.
