Describe the bug
Inefficient tracing of ISRs is fixed in the release of TraceRecorder in the percepio module.

To Reproduce
Enable ISR tracing.

Expected behavior
Not every ISR should be anonymously traced.

Impact
Very inefficient tracing of ISRs.
