Branch 3.7: arch.arm.user.stack fails on frdm_k64f and npcx9m6f_evb (Timeout)

Describe the bug

Test is failing on both platforms with the same error log.

I will provide more details after i finish bisect.

Steps to reproduce

west twister -p frdm_k64f -s arch.arm.user.stack

@wearyzen we had similar issues on STM32. I suspect the race window is somehow too tight on HW for the race condition to ever occur, hence the timeout. What do you think about making this test only run on simulator?

@majunkier what proof do you have this is a regression? the test was newly introduced - are you sure it ever worked?

This was also reported on 96841, let me see if we can tune the test a bit. But I'll need some help with the testing since I don't have the hw this is reported on.

this is introduced in v4.0.0 afterward, IIRC.

please use the full command line

Yes, that how i run this test. ( west twister -p frdm_k64f -s arch.arm.user.stack was copied from twister output )
