When the application calls usbd_disable, it triggers ep_dequeue, which submits an ECONNABORTED event. Then, the MSC class layer initiates an endpoint OUT request. When the application later calls usbd_enable, the previous endpoint OUT request was never completed, causing the MSC class layer to be unable to issue another endpoint OUT request, which leads to enumeration failure.
