az3166_iotdevkit display sample doesn't work correctly #99845

Describe the bug
The sample description states that there should be rectangles drawn in clockwise order, but the displayed output appears different. There's a yellow rectangle on top of a light blue T-shape, with a light blue flashing rectangle in the bottom left corner. The attached video shows the display output. I couldn't upload a longer video due to Github file upload limits.
I haven't tried to bisect the issue or anything - I can try that if this is indeed a real issue and not some kind of misconfiguration on my part.
