Thanks, @mmahadevan108
We should update the migration-guide-4.3.rst with this change, specifically for the big change to PM3 mode. This could have a big impact on existing apps to the PM behavior and power consumption. And it may be challenging to figure out why the behavior change occurred if users are not aware of this exit latency change. Thank you
