Add Notion learning journal reference for Claude Code (#9)

This file is a static export of the SWE Intern Learning Journal Notion
template. It serves as a reference so Claude Code understands:

- The Notion database schemas (Daily Logs, Concepts Tracker)
- The session summary format and JSON structure
- How to generate output that Notion Agent can directly import

The embedded database schemas are documented in HTML comments so Claude
Code knows exactly what columns to populate when generating summaries.
