Request: avoid acoustic beat frequencies

Hi,
Am using the controller in a filterbox (Nukit Tempest EU with Ikea filters).
4 fans at 2500 RPM sometimes create a resonating hum. How could one implement a curve keeping all fans (or at least the neighbouring fan) 50-100 RPM apart on a firmware level? In HomeAssistant I have found only the not so granular % percentage control of the fan speeds.

The easiest option would be to "simply" set up the fans for different percentage values.
If you need finer control, you can change the speed_count per fan from 100 (1%) to 1000 (0.1% steps).

Otherwise, I have also added an example for a PWM-Control Loop. examples/with-rpm-pi-control-rev-3.1.yaml
This allows setting a RPM target and enabling an override.
You may need to tune your PI values, I used an only Noctua 140mm fan I had laying around for the default values.

Please note that I've also updated the hardware definition file to remove the slow sampling and heavy filtering present in the old code.
