Explanation of `web_server`

I just discovered that the webserver is enabled on port 80:

web_server:
  port: 80

But I can't find any mention of what its use-case is?

Thank you for raising this - you're absolutely right.

The web server was originally included as a convenience for initial setup before Home Assistant integration. However, having it enabled by default is not ideal:

• It exposes an unauthenticated HTTP endpoint on the network
• It consumes flash and RAM resources unnecessarily
• Not all users need or expect it

I'll remove web_server from the default configuration in the next firmware update. For users who want it, I'll add a documented snippet to the wiki.
