Module Request for USR-buttons: Fan Control

It would be cool to have an pre-built module to interact with the USR buttons on the board. For example to use `USR1` to select through the 4 fans (and see the LED to light up differently), then `USR2` and `USR3` to increase and decrease the fan speed by e.g. 10% steps.
