+This is a statement by Goswin von Brederlow
+that grants permission to relicense its copyrights in the libzmq C++
+library (ZeroMQ) under the Mozilla Public License v2 (MPLv2).

+commit author "Goswin von Brederlow <[email protected]>" or "Goswin von Brederlow <[email protected]>", are copyright of Goswin von Brederlow.
+This document hereby grants the libzmq project team to relicense
