schedule more than one notification

I'd like to be able to schedule more than one notification. Can you make a plugin that uses Gravity Form's built-in Notifications feature to allow the admin to create multiple notifications that can be scheduled out over days/weeks/months?

So, for example, when a user submits a form, a notification will be sent immediately, a different notification would be sent after 3 days and another notification could be sent a month later.

This would kind of work like a mini email automation tool.
