Apply delay to other notification events (not only after submission)

Hi @zewlak, your addon is really useful to create "cart recovery" notifications.
But this is possible only if users have submitted the form.

What about making it available also for events for "partial entries addon" events, like "gform_partialentries_post_entry_saved"?
Would be a real lead boost having a way to recall users who abandoned the form before submitting it.

do you think this is doable or it's just too complicated?

Nice idea @bluantinoo but it would result in dependency on another plugin (on top of GravityForms). I think it should be made as separate plugin like delayed-notifications-for-gravity-forms-partial entries.
