fix: Updates project references and contact information (#399)

Replaces all instances of "Roo Code" with "Costrict" for consistency across documentation.

Changes email addresses for reporting issues to the project team, enhancing clarity for users.

Removes several language options in the Code of Conduct and Contributing files to streamline available translations.
